Based in Glasgow, we design and install luxury weddings throughout Scotland and the UK. With over 15 years experience, we are well known for our trend setting signature style, we are best known for creating exquisite floral installations accompanied by beautiful decor hire, chairs, accessories and linens.

Luxury Designed Weddings

We have a large in house hire kit of everything you could want to style your day. Linen hire, centrepieces, lighting, accesories, chairs, candles, charger plates, room draping. Just drop us an email for a copy of our latest brochure.

How it works

We begin with an initial phone consultation, to discuss ideas, requirements, must haves and answer any questions you have at this stage. Then we work on a personal design just for you, this includes everything discussed and some additional ideas, plus your personal mood board so you can start to see how it's all going to look. After you have gone through and discussed this, we have a catch up by email or phone to make any changes then once you are happy to proceed we move to getting your date, hire items and team booked off in our diary.

Our carefully designed weddings take hours of prep so we need to allocate that time with our team in the weeks leadin up to your date. This part of your wedding is a moving part of your planning and we'll work closely with you throughout, adapting your design as needs and wants changes through your planning with us.

Nearer the time we'll arrange access with your venue, send them over details of what we are providing and arrive on the day to set everything up as planned. We are always on hand throughout your planning to help and support you, our clients often comment on how invaluable our advice has been and how easy we make the process for you.

Wedding Decor FAQ's

How long is the rental period for?

Rental can be for the day of your event or longer on request

What happens if something is lost or damaged during my big day?

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the hired goods are kept safe and dry until collection. We trust you with our kit which is often back out on hire in the coming days after your event so we expect you to take care of it and for it to be returned in the same condition it was hired to you in.

 

Branded crates are provided to keep hire products in, hire equipment must be returned in these crates, should these not be returned it is up to the hirer to replace these. Charges for these and any damaged or missing items will be in relation to the current costs of replacement, including vat and delivery where applicable. If your chosen venue is responsible for any damages or shortages to your hired items it is the responsibility of the Hirer to reclaim any of these costs from the venue, our contract is with you and we are very clear about your responsibilities when hiring in your contract/booking invoice.

 

We always recommend you take our event or wedding insurance to cover yourself should any damages or losses happen during your hire period.

What are your payment terms and accepted methods?

We take 50% booking fee once you are happy with your design quote and your balance is due 6 weeks before your wedding date. We are more than happy to make changes and additons along the way as ideas progress, at booking stage we are looking for a general commitment on the overall spend so you have space and time to adapt your wedding design with us. Bacs is always preffered but we do offer card payment facilities.
